• Advertise event to your listhosts (Saalika will send intro email)
• Try to be at Harper 140 at 6:15
• Set up place with food/drink etc.
• Someone bring rugs!!
• Have time cards (15, 10, and 5 minutes)
• Have surveys to give out after event

Fastathon  Oct. 29th, starts at 5:30 pm at I-House
• We can incorporate Flood Relief into program
• Have collection jars at each table? (use the glass centerpiece from last year)
